My kids come home from school famished. They want something quick and easy. Well, let’s face it, most quick and easy is not so healthy. I know they love fruit, but I wanted them to have something with a little protein too. I found this recipe, it’s quick and easy, I can make it right before they get off the bus. Peanut Butter Fruit Dip
1 heaping cup of yogurt ( I use Stonyfield Organic Smooh & Creamy lowfat french vanilla)
3 T creamy peanut butter
1 T honey (or to taste)
The kids love it. I love it too. And I feel good about what they are eating after school.
