Can you believe this will be the start to the New Year? I am so excited to get back on track. I’m making a ton of New Year’s resolutions…some personal, some work-related. But many health and fitness. I don’t usually make resolutions, but this year I feel a huge change is coming. I am excited and ready and looking forward to whatever is in store. I feel like 2015 is my year, and I think the mild weather that is in store in helpful to my workout plans. I have a much easier time going out for a run or driving to the gym when it’s a little warmer and there is NO snow on the ground!
